  为了保证冷凝器焊接质量,管口端面与管端外圆表面及管板孔壁面必须经过净化处理。先将灰碳、油污、铁锈等杂质清除干净,再用丙酮或四氯化碳对焊接部分进行脱脂,并用压缩空气吹干净范围为管端外圆,其长度要稍大于管板厚度。
